For a while now, I’ve been wanting a “Toilet” sign for our guest bathrooms.  You are probably thinking to yourself, of all the things in the world to want, why does she want a toilet sign?  I mean, it’s not like guests can’t find the bathroom, or even just ask us where it is, right?  Right.  But, I saw one on the door of a boutique shop’s restroom one day, and it was so charming that I started searching for one.

Well, I found one at Magnolia Market for $14 that was just perfect…except for the price.  Grrr.  But, then something wonderful happened!  Once I got my retail sales license and partnered with Creative Coop, I found that they supplied the exact same sign, as well as many other items you will see at Magnolia Market, for a very reasonable price. I did a happy dance and immediately purchased my beloved “Toilet” sign for myself and for my shop.

Our Toilet Sign

I finally got around to “installing” my sign over the weekend.  Because I didn’t want to put nail holes in my door, I just used some command adhesive mounting squares that are removable.  I placed the squares on the back of the sign (doubling them up to get the right height), and stuck the sign on the door.  So far, it’s holding great…and it’s so cute!

This sign is just one of those charming little accents that adds character to any farmhouse, vintage, or french country decor. If you would like a “Toilet” sign of your very own, you can purchase one right here.

Closet Makeover for Our Daughter’s Room

In other news, I finished my daughter’s closet installation last week. We did our son’s closet about 2 weeks ago. Here are the after pictures.  It is so much better than the single hanging bar/shelf on each wall. In case you were wondering, we used the elfa system from Container Store.
