Thank you so much for visiting my online shop!  My goal is to provide you with high quality home decor at the lowest possible price. I have partnered with multiple wholesale distributors, and am always searching for the best farmhouse, vintage, traditional, and seasonal products to offer you. I love to purchase great products at low prices, and I want to pass those savings along to you, because everyone should be able to decorate their home in the way that they love!


Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to me!  If you are unsatisfied with a product for any reason, and the product is in good condition, please return it to me within 30 days for a full refund.  I cannot issue you a refund unless you return the merchandise to me, and I do not reimburse for shipping costs back to me. If your product is damaged during shipping, please email me a picture of the damages, and I will do my best to accommodate a refund, exchange the item, or send you a replacement item.


I ship all items on my site within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

I offer free local pickup to residents of Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Once you enter your zip code, you should see this option. Upon choosing this option, you will receive an email from me to coordinate the pickup/delivery.

I also offer a flat rate fee for shipping within the continental United States. Shipping is typically through USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS ground, and I will provide you with notification of shipment and a tracking number once the item ships.

My online product prices include an upcharge for sales tax.  I have a city and state retail sales license, and pay taxes based on my product sales at a rate of 8.25%. This tax is included in your purchase price.
