PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated  2017-05-19

I take great pride in keeping your information completely secure. This is of utmost importance to me, and I want you to rest assured that I will never, ever sell your personal data. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

The following is our privacy statement:

What Information I Collect and What I Do With It

When you purchase something from my online store, as part of the buying and selling process, personal information such as your name, address, and email address are collected.

I may occasionally send you emails about my store, new products and other updates. If you no longer wish to receive these emails, just reply back to the email with your request to be removed from the mailing list.

When you provide your personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, I infer that you consent to my collecting that information and using it for that specific reason only.

While I promise to never sell your information to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes, I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so.

Transaction Information Collected

My store is hosted by WooCommerce.  They provide me with an online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, WooCommerce has put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information they collect online.

I process payments through PayPal.  When you use the PayPal Services to send money to someone else, PayPal requests information related to that transaction.  This information includes the amount and type of the transaction (purchase of goods, purchase of services, or simple money transfer), other purchase details and the email address, or phone number of the third party. PayPal also collects the Internet address (IP address) and other identifying information about the computer or device you use to access your PayPal account or use the PayPal Services, in order to help detect possible instances of unauthorised transactions.
