I always love to see the new “paint colors of the year” that are selected by each of the major paint companies.  This year the colors are all rather bright, and while some of them are quite beautiful, I just don’t think they quite fit in at my house. So now, without further ado, here are the paint colors of the year for 2015!  Let me know what you think of them.

Benjamin Moore

Benjamin Moore has selected Gullford Green (HC-116) for its 2015 Color of the Year.  This is a pretty, silvery green that BM says can work well as a natural neutral.

Sherwin Williams

The Sherwin Williams color of the year is Coral Reef (SW 6606).  I actually love this color, and think it would look great in my daughter’s room either on one of the walls, or as painted furniture. I love the way Coral Reef pairs with gray, aqua, and yellow…beautiful! Get a sample sheet of Coral Reef HERE.

Kelly-Moore

The Kelly-Moore paint color of the year is Coastal Surf (KM 4967). A bright, classic blue that would make a fantastic accent wall.

PPG

Blue Paisley was named the 2015 Color of the Year by PPG Pittsburg Paints.  This is a really vibrant blue, and it looks great paired with white trim.

Fun colors, right?  Well, I hope you got some inspiration, or at the very least you can feel “in the know” about what the color trends are for 2015.  Anyone out there used (or plan to use) one of these paint colors of the year in your home?
